SPEED MENTORING will give mentored attorneys an opportunity to discuss specific challenges facing them in their practice at 3 minute intervals with several experienced attorneys.  This structure is an effective way to get one-on-one feedback quickly and informally from multiple perspectives. The goal of our program is to provide a forum in which to ask difficult questions to those who are in a position to give valuable feedback.
 
GUIDELINES FOR MENTEES
Mentees will have 3 minutes to discuss a specific concern/question you are facing in your practice with each Mentor.  This is an opportunity to get tips, career and professional development advice from women of color attorneys with a wealth of experience.  Come prepared to make connections and establish long-term mentoring relationships that can only enhance your career.
 
 
GUIDELINES FOR MENTORS
Mentors will be asked to quickly and efficiently provide constructive feedback on questions presented to them by Mentees.  These questions can range from career advice to offiice politics.  Mentors are encouraged to be candid, positive and direct.  Remember you will have a limited time to address the question posed to you by the mentees. 
 
Due to the structure of this session volunteers cannot be both mentors and mentees
